Proposal Due: 07/08/2026. 11:00 a.m. Please use the link below to access the project drawings, specifications, addenda, and photos: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/q8ziz4ejcs1uieiuelo9l/AH6H4-SbKK8spSBmyYyDtsc?rlkey=gp6ov3xmjaw0vrek5sh07t1u5&st=ux51n1h6&dl=0The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition Remove existing finishes, partitions, ceilings, and associated components Architectural Provide and install metal framing and gypsum board systems Supply and install doors, frames, and hardware Install glazed partitions and glazing Provide ceiling systems including acoustical and gypsum board ceilings Supply and install flooring systems including resilient, tile, terrazzo, and carpet Install wall finishes including simulated stone and tiles Perform interior painting Install architectural woodwork, cabinetry, and paneling Supply and install demountable partitions Supply and install furniture as per given schedule Install decorative metal and unit covers Provide and install countertops Specialty Provide and install signage and visual display units Install toilet and bath accessories Provide fire protection cabinets and fire extinguishers Supply and Install mobile storage shelving systems Provide and install pantry and refrigeration appliances Fire Suppression Modify and extend existing sprinkler system Install piping, sprinkler heads, valves, and fittings Perform testing and commissioning Mechanical Modify existing HVAC systems as required Install ductwork, piping, insulation, and air distribution systems Supply and install diffusers, grilles, and associated equipment Perform testing, adjusting, balancing, and commissioning Supply: HVAC Equipment Supply variable air volume terminal boxes, toilet exhaust fan, ceiling diffusers, exhaust grilles, return/transfer grilles, slot diffusers Electrical Install power distribution systems and wiring devices Install lighting fixtures and lighting controls Provide conduits, raceways, and supports Perform testing and commissioning Supply: Light Fixtures Supply light Fixtures as per contract documents. Fire Alarm Perform fire alarm related work as per the construction documents Plumbing Install domestic water, sanitary waste, and vent systems Provide and install plumbing fixtures, valves and accessories Provide pipe insulation for plumbing systems Perform testing and commissioning Supply: Plumbing Fixture Provide Plumbing Fixtures and Accessories as per the schedule. Sprinkler Removal and installation of the core and branches sprinkler piping and heads as per the contract documents. Safety, Security and Telecom Supply and install video surveillance devices Supply and install the access control system Provide the homerun from each device to the ACP Supply and install the communication system, including low-voltage cabling, patch panels, and data outlets Provide CAT 6 cables for security cameras Provide supports with ladder racks, J hooks every 5 feet etc. Audio Visual Supply and install all AV equipment as per given schedule AV-300 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) SDVOB Goal: 6.00% Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) Total MWBE Goals: 30.00%
