Full Circle Stainless Steel Repair and Tap Clamps

The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans is soliciting bids from companies to supply Full Circle Stainless Steel Repair and Tap Clamps and Transitional Couplings for Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, and Transite Pipe. The contract will cover the requirements of the Board for a period of two years, with three one-year renewal options. The successful bidder must supply all items at their respective bid price, whether the total of such requirements be more or less than the quantities given for the duration of the contract. • The clamps must be made of 18-8 Type 304 stainless steel, with fully passivated welds and stainless steel bolts. • The clamps must meet the specifications outlined in the bid form, including the O.D. range and pipe type. • The vendor must submit a delivery ticket showing the purchase order number, delivery date, quantity, delivery ticket number, and delivery point. • Invoices must be submitted in duplicate directly to the Accounting Department, referencing the delivery ticket number, delivery date, purchase order number, quantity, unit price, and delivery point. • Deliveries must be made by truck to the Board's Central Yard, and the vendor is responsible for any discrepancies in the shipment.
