Description
The State of Alabama is seeking an authorized flooring contractor to supply and install commercial‑grade luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and matching gray cove base in two offices located in the Area 1 Guntersville “A” building. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit, sign in, and submit a Quick Quote through the Alabama Buys portal. The LVT must meet the Timeless II Color Standards (1090) with specific dimensions, thickness, wear layer, construction, finish, antimicrobial treatment, traffic rating, and a 15‑year warranty. No subcontracting is permitted.
• Install 9” × 48” LVT planks (5 mm thick, 20 mil wear layer) with a 4‑sided bevel and enhanced UV urethane finish.
