Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health (AIM) Capacity Program

The Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health (AIM) Capacity Program aims to strengthen state, territorial, and Tribal capacity to implement, expand, and sustain AIM Patient Safety Bundles and associated resources across the United States. The program supports implementation of evidence-informed maternal safety practices to improve the quality and safety of maternity care, improve maternal health outcomes, and reduce preventable maternal mortality and severe maternal morbidity. • The program will provide funding to support implementation of evidence-informed maternal safety practices. • The program will support implementation of AIM Patient Safety Bundles and associated resources. • The program will provide technical assistance and support to grantees. • The program will evaluate the effectiveness of the AIM Capacity Program in improving maternal health outcomes. • The program will provide funding for a period of approximately 1 year, with an estimated start date of September 1, 2027.
