This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to execute a full roof replacement at the Department of Water Resources’ Castaic Operations & Maintenance Center, covering four separate buildings. The work includes hazardous‑material (asbestos and lead) abatement, demolition of existing roofing systems, installation of a new SBS‑modified bitumen roofing membrane with tapered insulation, replacement of gutters, downspouts, skylights, roof hatches, and the addition of ladders with guardrails and safety gates.
