The State of California, through the Department of Consumer Affairs, is seeking to lease approximately 2,745 net usable square feet of office space in Santa Clarita, along with required parking and EV‑charging stalls. The property must be asbestos‑free, compliant with seismic, ADA, California Building Code, Title 24, and DVBE requirements, and preferably meet LEED or Energy Star standards. Submissions must include the address, site map, and project number (16699) and be delivered by the July 3, 2026 deadline.
• Lease ~2,745 nusf office space within the defined city boundaries.
• Provide 16 non‑exclusive and 3 exclusive EV‑charger parking stalls.
