Description
The Bryan County Board of Commissioners is seeking a consultant with a strong record in successfully assisting local governments with grant writing for and implementation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs. The selected firm will provide grant administration and related services, including preparation of the grant application, environmental review record, and draw/disbursement requests. The firm will also assist with financial administration, public hearings, and acquisition following the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act (URA).
Key services to be provided include:
• Grant writing for CDBG programs
• Grant administration and related services
• Preparation of the grant application and environmental review record
• Assistance with financial administration and record keeping
• Assistance with public hearings and acquisition
• Preparation of close-out documents
The purpose of the project is to provide public infrastructure, neighborhood housing improvements, and development of other public facilities projects, including an Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
