Termination of the Department of Homeland Security’s FirstSource III Contracts and Cancellation of the FirstSource III Solicitation

The Department of Homeland Security has decided to terminate all FirstSource III Functional Category 1 ITVAR contracts and cancel the solicitation and its evaluation of proposals submitted under Functional Category 2. The decision was made after an analysis of active contract awards and solicitations to assess mission-criticality and continued needs.
