Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide ballistic rubber single services, including range maintenance and lead/residue remediation. The contractor will be responsible for refurbishment services or maintenance for ranges containing ballistic rubber backstop material or rubber blocks at target emplacements. The period of performance is from 01 AUG 2026 to 31 DEC 2026. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to perform the services.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• The contractor must provide a detailed plan for the services, including a schedule and milestones.
• The contractor must provide a list of all personnel who will be working on the contract, including their qualifications and experience.
• The contractor must provide a plan for quality control and assurance.
