Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking bids for the repair and replacement of the tunnel at the Clarinda Correctional Facility. The project includes replacing the parking lot and tunnel cap, implementing a sump pump system, replacing utility lines, repairing the structural integrity of the tunnel walls, and relocating tunnel access hatches.
