Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the renewal of GEARSET TEAMS software for Salesforce, including deployment metadata changes, sandbox seeding, comparison and deployment of complex CPQ configurations, and comprehensive Salesforce backup. The contract will be for a period of one year, from August 31, 2026, to August 30, 2027. The bidder must provide electronic delivery of the software and ensure that it meets the specified requirements. Some key features required include the ability to compare and deploy teams, deploy metadata changes, sandbox seeding, and comprehensive Salesforce backup.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The bidder must provide a completed solicitation document, Appendix A purchasing required forms package, and other required documents.
• The bidder must also provide evidence of insurance, including professional liability and technology errors and omissions insurance.
• The County of Los Angeles reserves the right to cancel the contract if the bidder fails to perform satisfactorily.
