Description
The Gwinnett County Government is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the Cooper Road at Moon Road and Hope Hollow Road Intersection Improvement Project. The project involves several construction activities such as clearing, grading, sidewalk, curb & gutter, traffic signal installation, etc. The bid documents are available for viewing at the Gwinnett County Purchasing office, and a complete set of plans and documents can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of $50.00. The successful vendor will be required to meet insurance requirements, submit a 100% performance bond and a 100% payment bond. The bid bond, payment bond, and performance bond must have an A.M. Best rating of A-8 or higher.

• Curb & Gutter: 2,886 LF
• Concrete Flat Work: 1,961 SY
• Storm Drain Pipe: 1,880 LF
• Asphalt: 1,419 TN
• DIP: 1,260 LF
• P-Type Retaining Wall: 219 LF
The award will be made to the vendor submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid. Gwinnett County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make an award deemed in its best interest.
