Description
The Town of Sandisfield is soliciting sealed bids for paving work on Silverbrook Road and the Town Hall parking lot and driveway. The project includes milling, installing bituminous concrete, and fine grading. Bidders must be MassDOT prequalified and provide proof of liability insurance. The estimated value of the project is $340,000.
• The project includes two parts: Silverbrook Road and Town Hall parking lot and driveway
• Bidders must submit a signed Bid Proposal Form Checklist and a completed Bid Form
• The Town of Sandisfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids
• A contract will be awarded to the qualified, responsible bidder with the lowest price
• Work shall be started after July 1, 2026 and completed by October 15, 2026
