PMCRS-2H Polymer Modified Asphaltic Emulsion (FY 26-27)

The County of San Joaquin is seeking bids for the supply of PMCRS-2H Polymer Modified Asphaltic Emulsion. The emulsion must meet the standards specified by the State of California Business, Transportation and Housing Agency Department of Transportation. The bidder must provide a sample of the emulsion for pre-qualification at least 10 days prior to the start of work.
