Sources Sought Notice - Common Robotic System - Heavy and Man Transportable Robotic System Inc. II Post Production Software Sustainment Services

The U.S. Army is seeking information from vendors that can provide sustainment services for the Common Robotic System - Heavy (CRS-H) and the Man Transportable Robotic System Increment II (MTRS Inc. II). The services include software and hardware development to address obsolescence, as well as support for government tests to validate software and hardware changes. Vendors are asked to provide a Capability Statement that demonstrates their skills, experience, and capabilities to perform the required services. The statement should include information about the company's capabilities, experience as a prime contractor, and potential sources. Some key points to consider include: • Development of software and hardware to support obsolescence and latent defects • Support for government tests to validate software and hardware changes • Description of procedure changes and work package callouts and/or images to Army Technical Manuals • Conduct Depot Level hardware updates to fielded systems if internal hardware components become obsolete • Capability Statement should include contact information, a statement indicating if the company possesses the capability to provide the entire range of parts and services, and experience as a prime contractor providing similar services.
