NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FOR Training services to Nuclear Infrastructure Exploitation (NIX) personnel

The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is seeking a contractor to provide training services to Nuclear Infrastructure Exploitation (NIX) personnel. The primary objective is to deliver a five-day (40-hour) training program focused on operational procedures and safety requirements specific to industrial-scale nuclear facilities. The secondary objective is to build proficiency in core mission competencies. Key aspects of the job include: • Delivering a five-day training program for up to 25 participants • Focusing on operational procedures and safety requirements for industrial-scale nuclear facilities • Building proficiency in core mission competencies, including characterization of nuclear infrastructure, assessments of nuclear power plants, and conducting sensitive site exploitation operations • Providing training at an industrial-scale nuclear fuel cycle complex • Supporting up to 25 attendees in both classroom and operational environments
