CDU Spacer Assy

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking quotations for the procurement of CDU Spacer Assy, National Stock Number (NSN) 1560-01-HS1-9402, Part Number (P/N) 22D2200. The USCG intends to place an order for a quantity of fifteen (15) items, with an option to purchase an additional fifteen (15) items. The contractor shall provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.246-15. The USCG requires all parts to be new and approved. • The USCG is seeking a firm-fixed price purchase order. • The contractor shall provide pricing, including any quantity price discounts and discounts for prompt payment. • The USCG may require an additional quantity of fifteen (15) items for a maximum quantity of thirty (30) items at the same price and lead time as the original order, for up to three hundred and sixty-five (365) days after the initial award date. • The contractor shall furnish a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.246-15. • All parts shall be NEW approved parts. • The contractor shall comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation, including those related to security prohibitions and exclusions, and sustainable products and services.
