Description
The City of Bainbridge is seeking bids for the milling of various city streets. The project involves milling approximately 106,762 square yards of variable depth milling, including around utilities, using GDOT LMIG and T-SPLOST funds. The successful bidder will be required to commence work within 30 days of the notice to proceed and complete the project by September 30, 2026. The bidder must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work.
• The project includes milling of 17 streets in blocks of five.
• The contractor must provide positive drainage in the milling operation and maintain all drainage structures within the project limits.
• The contractor will be permitted to use advanced warning signs on tripods throughout the project.
• The City of Bainbridge Public Works Department will do all resurfacing.
