Description
The California State University, Northridge is seeking bids for a Job Order Contract (JOC) for repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition, and construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. The contract will have a maximum value of $2,000,000, with the ability to expand up to $3,000,000, and a term of 12 months or the point at which the maximum value of the contract is reached, whichever occurs first. The University reserves the right to award up to two Job Order Contracts from this bid to the two lowest responsive bidders.
• The scope of work includes a collection of detailed repair and construction tasks and specifications that have established unit prices.
• The Contractor will furnish all management, documentation, labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform the work.
• A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, January 12th, 2026 at 2:00 PM, PST via Zoom.
• Bidders must attend the pre-bid conference and submit a Technical Prequalification Package electronically.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide full Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of $2,000,000, with the ability to expand up to $3,000,000.
