Bastrop County is seeking proposals for the construction of a new single-story building with a total of 13,640 gross square feet. The construction design is type II-B (Noncombustible) Sprinklered construction, with 102 parking stalls, including 5 ADA parking stalls. The awarded contractor will be responsible for requesting all necessary permits for this project.
