Description
The State Highway Administration is seeking a contractor to provide pest control services for the District 3 Office and associated buildings. The contractor will be responsible for providing monthly routine preventative pest control services and emergency services as needed. The contract will be for a period of 60 months, and the contractor must have at least two years of experience providing commercial pest control services and maintain a current active Pesticide Business License issued by the State of Maryland Department of Agriculture.
• The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and insurance necessary to perform the services.
• The contractor must respond to emergency calls within 48 hours.
• The contractor must provide a certified small business certificate.
• The contractor must have liability insurance in the amount of $500,000.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and local statutes, laws, and regulations.
