The Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety is issuing a Notice of Intent to Award for Individualized Writing Coaching services. The notice is being issued to Back on Course Educational Services, LLC (Primary) and Veterans United Solutions, LLC (Secondary). The services are intended to provide writing coaching to support energy safety initiatives.
