Description
The DLA Procurement Operations, DLA/AWB, is seeking a quotation for the C-5 direct linear valve, a dual shuttle hydraulic 20 GPM direct linear valve used for directional control of hydraulic fluid on the C-5 Galaxy aircraft. The original equipment manufacturer is PneuDraulics Inc., and the Government does not own any data, drawings, schematics, or other releasable technical data in support of this requirement. The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis to ITT Aerospace Controls LLC. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 10 July 2026. Key aspects of the job include:
* The valve is made of steel and aluminum, with dimensions 9.97 inches in length, 2.7 inches in width, 2 inches in height, and weighs 1.5 pounds.
* The contractor must deliver the valve within 180 calendar days.
* The contract has a firm fixed price period of 120 days.
* The Government reserves the right to inspect or test any supplies or services that have been tendered for acceptance.
