RFQ 26-05-001 Elections & Voter Registration Office Addition and Remodel

Bartow County is seeking proposals from qualified firms for construction management at risk services for the construction of the Bartow County Elections & Voter Registration Office addition and remodel. The selected firm will be responsible for performing services during the pre-construction phase and construction phase, including project planning, estimating, value engineering, and management of construction. The firm will also be required to provide a 100% payment and performance bond upon determining the GMP cost of the project. • The project includes an addition and remodel of the Elections & Voter Registration Office • The selected firm will be responsible for working with the County and Architect in project planning and estimating • The firm will be required to provide proof of insurance and comply with the provisions of O.C.G.A. Sec. 13-10-91 • The firm must register and participate in the federal work authorization program (E-Verify) • The primary contractor is responsible for providing bonds, insurance, and E-Verify documentation on all sub-contractors
