Description
The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking professional design services for the replacement of the roofing system at the DPS D1 building located at 1333 Ohio Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50314. The selected firm will provide design services, including attending a design kick-off meeting, providing construction cost opinions, and assisting with construction administration. The firm will also be required to provide a lump sum price for the base scope of work, including all reimbursables.
