Description
The USPTO’s Office of Human Resources is seeking a small‑business manufacturer to produce a variety of non‑monetary employee awards each year, including bronze medals, distinguished and exceptional career awards, retirement certificates, director’s awards, leadership‑in‑action recognitions, and length‑of‑service awards. The contractor must handle design/fabrication, assembly, packaging, and direct shipping to recipients or USPTO offices. Estimated annual quantities total roughly 4,100 items, with peak ceremony periods in June/July and October. Respondents must submit a capability statement, photos/specs of similar awards, past‑performance references, and basic company data via email by 1 PM ET on 26 Oct 2026. Questions are due by 1 PM ET on 8 Oct 2026. This is a market‑research RFI; no contract award is guaranteed.
