WOODCREEK MIDDLE SCHOOL ADDITION/RENOVATION

The Humble Independent School District is seeking a general contractor for the Woodcreek Middle School Addition/Renovation project. The project involves the renovation and addition of the existing middle school, with a budget of $5,000,000.00. The contractor will be responsible for completing the work in accordance with the proposal documents and addenda. The project includes various trades such as concrete, masonry, metals, wood, plastics, and composites, as well as thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, and specialties. The contractor must have experience with similar projects and must provide a proposal bond, performance bond, and payment bond.
