The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking to procure network hardware from authorized resellers of specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), including Premier Conduit, Panduit Electrical, Abb Carlon, Chatsworth, Hubbell, Prysmian Group, and Brady Co. The required network hardware is exclusive to each individual manufacturer, and other manufacturers' hardware will not be interchangeable with the existing equipment and software. The contract will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis, and the offeror must provide documentation from the OEM confirming that they are an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item(s) quoted. • The contract requires the procurement of various network hardware items, including cables, patch cords, and connectors. • The offeror must provide a quote that includes all costs associated with the requirement, including shipping and freight to Dahlgren, VA. • The contract has a delivery period of on or before 15 May 2026. • The offeror must comply with all applicable regulations and clauses, including those related to commercial supplier agreements, data rights, and inspection and acceptance. • The contract includes provisions for warranty, audits, and termination.
