Description
This contract calls for the demolition of existing mobile restroom units, installation of permanent foundations, and placement of two prefabricated restroom/shower buildings at the TSOS site in Missoula. The work includes site grading, utility disconnections and reconnections, concrete slab construction, ramp upgrades to meet ADA standards, interior fit‑out, and full cleanup. The contractor must provide temporary portable restrooms during construction, comply with Montana prevailing‑wage rules, maintain a minimum 50 % Montana‑resident workforce, and secure appropriate bonds and insurance.
• Demolition of existing structures, utilities, and asphalt, plus removal of trailer components.
• Installation of concrete footings, stem walls, 4‑in. slab, utilities (water, sewer, electrical, gas) and ADA‑compliant ramp.
• Placement and finish work on two prefabricated restroom units, including re‑use of salvaged fixtures, interior finishes, HVAC, and final cleanup.
