Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for Protective Clothing and Operational Supplies Rental Services. The selected bidder will provide rental services for protective clothing and operational supplies to the CHP Southern Division ISU Area office. The contract term is expected to be from June 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. Bidders must meet the qualification requirements, including having at least three consecutive years of experience in providing similar services. The bid package must include all required attachments and documentation, and bidders are responsible for all costs associated with developing and submitting a bid package.
• The scope of work includes providing protective clothing and operational supplies rental services to the CHP Southern Division ISU Area office.
• Bidders must certify their willingness to comply with all terms and conditions addressed in the IFB.
• The contract award is subject to a complete review of the entire bid proposal for compliance and adherence to the IFB requirements.
• The CHP reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet the requirements or is deemed non-responsive.
