Open-End Flooring USAG-HI (8a)

The U.S. Army Garrison is seeking information from 8(a) Business Development Program participants to determine their capabilities in meeting the requirements for a Firm-Fixed-Price, single award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for flooring services at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. The contract will require the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, and incidental related services to perform replacement or repair of floor covering and carpeting of miscellaneous buildings. The scope of work does not include floor covering and carpet work that may arise as part of a contract to repair or renovate a building or group of buildings.
