Bridgman Aquatic Center Renovation and Ventilation Upgrades

The Bridgman Public Schools is seeking bids for the renovation and ventilation upgrades of the Bridgman Aquatic Center. The project includes multiple prime contracts for general trades, mechanical, and electrical work. Bidders are required to submit bids that reflect the costs necessary to meet the construction schedule requirements. The project will be constructed under a Program Construction Manager – Advisor contract. • The bid security must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or acceptable bidder's bond, made payable to the owner, with each bid in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. • Bidders are required to be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the work. • The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance bond and a separate labor and material payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract sum, and insurance in a form acceptable to the owner. • Bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting to better understand the project and for dissemination of information and clarification of the intent of the bidding documents.
