Description
The City of Toledo is seeking bids for the 2026 Street Resurfacing Districts 1 & 2 project, which involves resurfacing various streets within Council Districts 1 and 2 by removing the existing wearing course and paving new asphalt, performing necessary pavement repairs, adjusting structures, and replacing sidewalk handicap ramps. The project requires a bid guaranty in the form of a cashier's check or bid bond, and the successful bidder must comply with prevailing wage requirements and execute a Project Labor Agreement. The project is expected to be completed within 120 days from the Notice to Proceed. Key requirements include:
