Description
The Internal Services Department of Los Angeles County is seeking bids for the supply of non-refillable gas cylinders. The bid includes various types of gases, such as argon, carbon dioxide, helium, hydrogen, and others. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the gases to the Scientific Services - Downey facility. The bid must include the price for each type of gas, as well as any additional costs, such as freight and hazmat charges. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to negotiate the price with the selected bidder.
• The bid must include a complete bid, including all required documentation and attachments.
• The bidder must attach a copy of a complete bid, including all required documentation and attachments, and Appendix A – Purchasing Required Forms.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and directives.
• The bidder must provide a warranty for the goods supplied.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance and comply with all safety regulations.
