2027 Task Order Contract for Flatwork Street Improvements Package 2

The City of San Antonio is seeking bids for the 2027 Task Order Contract for Flatwork Street Improvements Package 2. The project construction may include but is not limited to: concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways, concrete retaining walls-combination type, wheel chair ramps, minor asphalt milling and replacement, removing and relocating mail boxes, topsoil, sodding, striping, elevated sidewalks, sidewalk pipe railing, adjusting existing meter boxes, valve boxes and manholes, tree pruning, removal and/or replacement, and any other items required due to the site conditions to accomplish the project scope. • The applicable product categories include construction, sidewalk and driveway, asphaltic concrete, hot laid, sod, grass, paving/resurfacing, street, and traffic control services. • The pre-bid conference will be held via WebEx on August 26, 2026, at 10:30 AM Central Time. • The bid submission deadline is September 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time.
