The State of California’s Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a lease for approximately 8,541 net usable square feet of office space in Cerritos, Los Angeles County, together with 20 exclusive secured parking spaces and 24 non‑exclusive parking spaces. The property must be asbestos‑free, meet seismic, ADA, California Building Code and Title 24 standards, comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements, and preferably hold LEED or Energy Star certification. Submissions must include address, site map, and the project number, and be delivered by the June 19, 2026 deadline.
