Description
The City of Charleston is seeking qualified contractors to replace existing concrete curb ramps and adjacent sidewalks throughout multiple locations in the city to meet ADA accessibility standards. The project includes demolition of existing curb ramps, installation of new concrete curb ramps, reconstruction of sidewalks, and compliance with the Public Right‑of‑Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG). Bidders must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and any incidental work required to complete the construction services, and must adhere to federal funding requirements where applicable.
