The U.S. Army’s Joint Program Executive Office Armaments & Ammunition (JPEO A&A) is issuing a continuously‑open Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) to solicit white papers and full research proposals that address critical industrial‑base technology gaps in four focus areas: chemical‑feedstock resilience, digital‑engineering “digital thread,” advanced ammunition manufacturing, and sustainable reclamation processes. Offerors must be SAM‑registered and submit unclassified, science‑oriented work that can be transitioned to the Army’s GOCO modernization effort. Proposals may be up to three years in length with a yearly budget breakdown, and award mechanisms can include contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, or other transactions.
