2026 Maxwell AFB Beyond The Horizon - Premium Seating

The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB), is seeking sources to provide Premium Seating Services for the 2026 Beyond the Horizon Open House and Airshow event. The contractor will be responsible for providing premium seating options, including VIP chalets, flight line club access, and lawn boxes, as well as logistical support and management personnel. The event is expected to attract 50,000 attendees per day, and the contractor will have exclusive rights to sell preferred seating. The contractor must comply with safety, health, and insurance regulations and provide adequate equipment and supplies. • The contractor must provide VIP chalets with shaded areas, padded chairs, and executive restrooms. • The contractor must provide flight line club access with shaded areas, padded chairs, and executive restrooms. • The contractor must provide lawn boxes with ropes separating each area and access to restrooms and handwashing stations. • The contractor must provide logistical support, including setup and teardown, and ensure continuous cleanliness maintenance during operational hours. • The contractor must provide volunteer training and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
