Description
The United States Space Force is seeking a contractor to provide commercial lodging accommodations for Air Reserve Airmen assigned to Peterson Space Force Base organizations. The contractor will be required to provide single and double occupancy hotel or motel rooms on an as-needed basis, with a minimum of 17 bookable rooms available at the commencement of each calendar month. The lodging facilities must be within 10 miles of 893 Malmstrom St, Peterson, CO 80914, and must provide amenities such as telecommunication devices, televisions, and adequate heating and cooling capabilities. The contractor will also be responsible for providing custodial and sanitation services, linen service, and information services to occupants.
• The contractor must provide a 24-hour check-in and check-out service, 7 days a week.
• The contractor must ensure that all rooms have working security cameras in common areas and parking lots.
• The contractor must provide a minimum of one double (full) sized bed in single occupancy rooms and two double (full) sized beds in double occupancy rooms.
• The contractor must provide adequate clothes storage drawers and closet space, a desk or writing table with chair, and a trash container in each room.
• The contractor must provide additional desirable amenities such as a radio/clock, working tables and chairs, and a restaurant within the facility.
