Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking qualified small‑business hotel operators to provide lodging and limited feeding services for National Guard drill weekends at locations in Niagara Falls, Syracuse, Rome (NY) and near Ft. Belvoir (VA). The effort will be structured as a five‑year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) beginning 1 Jan 2027, with rooms required within a 10‑mile radius of each site, rates capped at local GSA per‑diem levels, and detailed amenity, housekeeping, and reservation requirements. The contractor must also furnish lunch meals (excluding Niagara Falls) per GSA per‑diem limits, handle monthly invoicing, and meet strict staffing and training standards.
