The U.S. Army is seeking a single‑award, firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ contractor to operate the full‑service dining facility (Dragoon Inn, Building 612, Rose Barracks) at USAG Bavaria in Vilseck, Germany. The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and management to deliver breakfast, lunch, and dinner service for up to 40,000 meals per month, including staffing of chefs, dining‑facility managers, and certified dining‑facility assistants. The award will be for a one‑year base period (01 Jan 2027 – 31 Dec 2027) with a 30‑day phase‑in mobilization and no option years. Technical evaluation is binary (acceptable/unacceptable) and the contract will be awarded to the lowest‑priced technically acceptable offer.
