The U.S. Army is seeking a small‑business contractor to provide non‑personnel “to‑go” box meals for the Joint Security Cooperation Group‑Panama (JSCG‑P) at Base Aeronaval Cristóbal Colón, Panama. The contractor must prepare, package, and deliver individually packaged breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals in compliance with Army nutrition and food‑safety standards, supporting baseline operations for 150 personnel and surge capability up to 1,500 personnel during Jungle Operations Training Course (JOTC) and Rotational Training Unit (RTU) activities. The work is firm‑fixed‑price, with a 12‑month base period and up to four optional one‑year extensions.
