The South Dakota Army National Guard is seeking a qualified small‑business food‑service contractor to provide non‑personal breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals for a five‑day National Guard Ready Force training event at Camp Rapid, SD. The vendor must deliver 980 breakfasts, 980 lunches, and 1,225 dinners (total ≈ 3,185 meals) between 30 Nov 2026 and 4 Dec 2026, using the government’s dining facility (Building 801). The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, set‑aside for small businesses, and will be administered through the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) with invoicing via WAWF.
• Provide complete catered meals per USDA MyPlate standards; supply all food, vendor‑owned containers, and labor for service.
• Government supplies the DFAC, service supplies, cleaning, and trash disposal; contractor must not provide plates, utensils, or post‑event cleanup.
