Description
The State of North Dakota’s State Procurement Office is seeking three vendors to provide a statewide contract for commercial food products to serve prisons, hospitals, veterans homes, youth correctional facilities, and other state entities. The contract will cover a market‑basket of roughly 110 core items plus additional “mark‑up” items, requiring USDA‑grade quality, FOB‑destination pricing, and a secure web‑based ordering portal. Vendors must supply samples, maintain insurance, background‑check personnel, and comply with strict security and labeling requirements. Deliveries will be made to multiple facilities across the state on a regular schedule, and the contract period is January 1 2027 through December 31 2027 with up to five renewal options.
