Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a 100 % small‑business contractor to design, fabricate, test, and deliver S‑280C/G vehicle‑mounted shelters (shielded and unshielded, with optional mobilizer kits) under a five‑year firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ contract. The award will be a single‑award best‑value trade‑off selection. The contractor must perform mandatory First‑Article Testing, deliver detailed technical data packages, and comply with strict CUI handling, packaging, and logistics requirements.
• Manufacture and deliver four shelter variants to CONUS/OCONUS destinations.
• Provide First‑Article Test (FAT) plan, conduct testing, and submit a FAT report within 240 days of award.
• Supply all required technical data, CDRLs, and comply with DFARS, ASTM E1975‑22, and Army logistics standards.
