The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a qualified small‑business (Women‑Owned) to supply, deliver, and fully install a commercial air‑handling unit at FCI McKean, PA, and provide a five‑year warranty. The contract will be firm‑fixed‑price and awarded to the offer deemed most advantageous based on price and past performance. The unit must meet detailed mechanical, electrical, and control specifications outlined in the Statement of Work and comply with NFPA, ASHRAE, and federal regulations. Bids are due November 30, 2026, with anticipated award on December 4, 2026. The contractor must also handle startup services, staff training, and warranty obligations.
