Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Milan, is seeking to acquire various food items for delivery to the Federal Correctional Institution in Milan, MI. The acquisition is set aside for small businesses, and the contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendors whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the Government.
* The contract requires delivery of food items within 30 days after award.
* The contractor must sign the contract after award, or the award will be rejected.
* The Government will make payment in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act.
* The contractor must provide pricing, including shipping, in the attached Excel sheet.
* The contractor must be registered in SAM and have representations and certifications complete at the time of quotation.
