Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Milan, is seeking to acquire various food items for delivery to the Federal Correctional Institution in Milan, MI. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendors whose offers conform to the solicitation and are considered most advantageous to the Government. The contractor must sign the contract after it is awarded, and payment will be made using the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card. Some key points to consider are:
