The Navy is procuring a complete “Grab‑N‑Go” self‑service food‑service equipment suite for the Mercer Hall galley at Naval Base San Diego, including heated merchandisers, refrigerated cases, countertop displays, toasters, soup warmers, and plate dispensers, plus associated installation, minor structural modifications, and testing. The effort is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside and must be completed between 1 Sept 2026 and 28 Feb 2027.
• Supply and install ten specified commercial food‑service equipment items (e.g., Oasis heated merchandisers, refrigerated self‑service cases, ToastQwik conveyor toaster).
• Perform site‑specific modifications such as countertop cutouts, sealing, and utility routing; no major rough‑in electrical or plumbing work required.
• All equipment must be new, meet FDA/ETL/NSF standards, and be manufactured or assembled in the United States under DFARS Buy‑American rules.
